Trust Funds

Where our Trust money comes from

The Trust was started with a legacy and a founding Constitution.

We have an amount of money in an Investment Fund. The interest from that Fund is what becomes available each year to allocate as Grants. We do not touch the original capital Investment to ensure longevity of grant making ability.

Because interest rates vary, the amount we have available to allocate varies each year. It is for this reason that we are unable to guarantee a grant – even for a very worthy application. Once the money available for a particular year has been allocated, we are unable to fund any further applications.
